COMPANY

We are experts in digital customer attraction.

We were established in Mumbai in 2026 as the Indian subsidiary of Quartet Communications Inc., a digital marketing and DX firm founded in Japan in 2011.

Mission

More companies, thriving.

We want to increase the number of companies that are genuinely doing well, and the number of people who are glad to be working in them. Our work does not end at bringing customers to a client's door — it ends when the problems on the other side of that door are solved too. We hold ourselves to the same standard, in the service we deliver and in the way we work.

Vision

To become the most efficient company in the world.

Inefficient organisations. Inefficient systems. Inefficient thinking. An economy carries an enormous amount of all three, and the cost is paid by everyone in it.

We pursue efficiency relentlessly, and we do it for three reasons. It lets us serve clients too small for anyone else to serve properly. It lets us offer efficiency itself as a service. And we believe it is how people's potential gets unlocked rather than consumed.

Philosophy

Moh-ko Rita

We are not a client-first company, and we are not an employee-first company. We are an others-first company.

Moh-ko Rita is a phrase from Japanese Buddhist tradition, and it is the closest thing we have to a rule. Think of the people around you — colleagues, clients, friends, family — consider their happiness, and act with that as the objective. Doing so is not a sacrifice we make. It is the part of this work we actually enjoy.

    Our parent company

    Quartet Communications Inc.

was founded in Nagoya in August 2011. It began as a specialist internet advertising agency built around a single conviction: that small advertisers deserve professional operations, and that serving them profitably is an engineering problem rather than an impossible one. Proprietary tools and relentless operational efficiency made it work.

Fifteen years later the company has supported more than 5,000 clients, received over 30 awards from Google and Yahoo! Japan, and built a partner network of more than 1,500 advertising agencies — among the largest in Japan. Its services now span search and social advertising, SEO and AIO, LINE and CRM, and Salesforce-based DX, delivered together rather than in isolation.
