Such transfers are made only to countries not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act, and the same protections described in this policy continue to apply.

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and thereafter for up to three years. Where you are or become a client, we retain data for the duration of our engagement and for the period required under applicable tax and company law. When personal data is no longer required for either purpose, we erase it.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — access controls, encryption in transit, and restriction of access to personnel who need it — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected Data Principal, as required under the DPDP Act.
